theBigBull.ai is a product of Poplify Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored and used.

What We Collect

• Email address — when you sign up (free or paid) or join the waitlist. Used to send your OTP verification code, account details, and (for paid subscribers) the daily Stock Spotlight email.
• Usage data — the stocks you analyse, your monthly quota count, and your analysis history. Stored server-side to enforce quotas and serve cached results.
• Payment data — if you purchase a Bull Plan, your payment is processed by Cashfree. We store only the Order ID — never your card or UPI details.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not store passwords — authentication is OTP-only.

How Data Is Stored

Account data and usage counters are stored in Upstash Redis (Mumbai region, encrypted at rest). Email delivery is handled by Resend.com. The website is hosted on Vercel. AI analysis is processed by Anthropic's Claude API — stock names are sent to Anthropic for analysis but no personal data is included in these requests.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Free accounts: data retained for up to 5 years from signup.
• Paid accounts: data retained for 30 days from expiry, then deleted automatically.
• Waitlist emails: retained until Bull Plan launches or you ask to be removed.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@thebigbull.ai. We will action deletion requests within 7 days.
