By using theBigBull.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

theBigBull.ai provides AI-generated stock analysis for educational purposes. It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst and does not provide personalised investment advice. See our full disclaimer.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent quotas is not permitted.

Free Plan

• 3 fresh AI analyses per month per account.
• Re-reading previously analysed stocks is always free and does not count against your quota.
• Free plan accounts are valid for 5 years from signup.

Bull Plan (Paid)

• 20 fresh AI analyses per month per account, plus live data (price, PE, promoter holding, etc.).
• Billed monthly at ₹149. Payment processed by Cashfree.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until expiry.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the service.
• Redistribute or resell AI-generated analysis without permission.
• Use the service to manipulate securities markets.

Limitation of Liability

theBigBull.ai is provided "as is". We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial loss or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on this service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
