7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to the Bull Plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@thebigbull.ai from the email address linked to your account.
Include your Cashfree Order ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
We'll confirm and process within 2 business days.

After the 7-Day Window

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the payment date. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account — access continues until the end of the billing period.

Cancellations

Cancelling your Bull Plan does not trigger a refund — it simply stops renewal. Your access continues until the expiry date shown in your account. See our Terms of Service for full details.
